Thank you for the comment! Its awesome to know that there are other horse people on here! I have only been riding dressage for about 1 1/2 years, so, like you, I am still very much a novice. One of my favorite things to do while running is to really concentrate on my position, as I find when I get on the horse, it is much easier to sit straight, with shoulders back and flappy, fluid arms. Vice versa, when I’m riding, I really try to relax, so when I go on runs, it is much easier to settle in to the pace I’m going. Anyhow, I really look forward to following your blog as well, and hope that we can both offer support to further our dressage training!
