This is not really a run, but instead the stats from my Forerunner while doing arena work with Rasyn today.  He was a little more animated, so we worked on steady rhythm & tempo, while keeping “straight”.  Lots of head-tossing today until I realized my contact was too strong.  After I gave the contact away and re-took it with a lighter pressure, he came more through and started stepping underneath himself more. Overall, he was a good boy.
