3 Miles with Fur March 14, 2008

A tough 3 miles with Beth. I just wasn’t feeling it today. I have not figured out why some days I can push it to 5 miles and feel pretty decent, while other days it’s all I can do to get through 3. But the pups were with us, which always makes me smile!

One random suggestion: Track your food intake day in and day out, and in particular check the following items:
- Macrobiotic nutrition, (Protein, Fats, Carbs)
- Sugar (O.K., this is technically part of the Carbs, but it’s so easy to have this go over the top! Include any sugar substitutes here, too.)
- Water
- Total calories

I’m willing to bet that the day prior to your ‘low’ days, one or more of these is outta whack.
