Posted by kimayars RunI met Kristi to walk this morning at the gym and decided to do something more productive. I put some effort into the treadmill and started with 10 minutes doing the “reverse x-train” at level 5. THOSE are some muscles I don’t use regularly.
I finished up with the 5k trainer option on the treadmill at 10min/mile. I definitely have a little less energy at 6am than at 10am when I run with Sherene. Overall it felt good, but I was a tad pooped afterwards.
